Strap in because it’s been a whirlwind three weeks in the Samaniego household that I can’t wait to share with you.
Here’s the rundown: I’ve officially hung up my Navy hat and stepped into some exciting new roles—military spouse, full-time work-from-home dad, and your dedicated IRS Slayer.
The Transition Rollercoaster
The last few weeks of my Navy career were jam-packed, to say the least. While wrapping up, my in-laws flew in from Hawaii to help with Kainalu, giving us a chance to sneak in some fun family escapes to Disneyland, SeaWorld, and even a few relaxing days at the Temecula wineries.
Now, with the Navy chapter behind me and life as a civilian ahead, I’m diving full throttle into a new adventure.
