Looking back, it could have been a disaster\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Picture this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 AM airport arrival<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TSA line snaking like an old Nokia phone game<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2-hour flight delay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5.5 hours across the Pacific with a baby<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enough luggage to make a sherpa nervous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>But you know what? We made it. Not just made it &#8211; we actually enjoyed the journey. Why?
